Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bets on qe33. Using our platform means you agree to be bound by these conditions in full.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and qe33 ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the qe33 website at qe33.pro and all associated services, features, games, and payment processing functions offered through it. By accessing or using qe33.pro in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using qe33 and close your account if one has been opened. qe33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use qe33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any one criterion constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. qe33 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and conducts KYC age verification during account registration.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as players.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of qe33 or any of its affiliated service providers.
Age Verification: qe33 employs mandatory KYC verification for all new accounts. Players are required to submit valid government-issued identification documents confirming their date of birth. Accounts that fail or refuse age verification will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending review.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each eligible player may hold only one registered account on qe33. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. qe33 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of account information.
- You must not share your password or account access with any third party. qe33 bears no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- You must notify qe33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- qe33 reserves the right to verify your identity and the source of funds deposited into your account at any time, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Players must update their account details promptly if any registered information changes, including mobile number, name, or payment method details.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
qe33 supports BDT deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.
- The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction may be subject to limits set by the chosen payment provider.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source minus any applicable processing fees.
- Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the Player's own name that matches their qe33 account identity.
- qe33 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), subject to verification checks and payment provider processing times.
- qe33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account, including but not limited to suspected bonus abuse or fraud.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
qe33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
- Bonuses are valid only for the player to whom they are issued and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account.
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- qe33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Bonuses credited due to a system error will be voided regardless of any wagers placed using those funds.
- Multiple account holders, collusion rings, or players identified as systematically exploiting bonus structures may have all bonuses cancelled and winnings confiscated without notice.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games offered on qe33 are provided by third-party certified gaming studios and software providers. Each game operates according to the rules and RTP rates set by its respective provider. qe33 does not modify game outcomes.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all wagers placed in that round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance.
- Players are prohibited from using any software, script, bot, or algorithm designed to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- For live dealer games, players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in the chat function. Abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language directed at dealers or other players will not be tolerated.
- Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with qe33 customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qe33. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or the provision of false information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
- Money laundering, including the use of qe33 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
- Collusion with other players, match-fixing in relation to any sporting event offered for betting, or any form of cheating in live casino games.
- Registering more than one account, whether using your own details, a family member's details, or fabricated identity information.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on qe33.pro — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of qe33 or is used under licence from the relevant third-party content owners. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the express prior written consent of qe33.
The qe33 brand name, logo, and domain name qe33.pro are trademarks of qe33. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media handles, or search engine advertising — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qe33 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the player's use of the platform, including losses arising from temporary unavailability of services, interruptions to live betting markets, or delays in payment processing.
qe33 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of its platform, the accuracy of odds or game data displayed, or the fitness of any game for a particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10. Responsible Gaming
qe33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer tools to help players manage their gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from your account settings once you are logged in. Players who believe their gambling may be out of control are strongly encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately and to contact our support team at [email protected].

11. Account Termination and Closure
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. qe33 may suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances described below.
- qe33 may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice if a player is found to have breached these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
- Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account will be evaluated. Legitimate balances not subject to active investigation or bonus conditions will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.
- Funds associated with accounts closed due to fraud, money laundering suspicion, or bonus abuse will be withheld pending investigation and may be confiscated permanently if the investigation confirms a breach.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. qe33 operates as an online platform accessible to users in Bangladesh and complies with applicable obligations as they apply to the platform's operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact qe33 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. qe33 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days in Bangladesh Standard Time.
13. Amendments to These Terms
qe33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, qe33 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of qe33 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at qe33.pro/terms-conditions.
